Repeat Prescriptions
If you require regular medication your may qualify for a repeat prescription. You can request these by ticking the relevant boxes for the items required on the computerised slip and either:
- Hand it in to reception
- Post it, together with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you
- Online via the form on this page. You must be registered to use this service.
- Email to hiowicb-hsi.portchester.prescriptions@nhs.net (this address is ONLY to be used for prescription requests!)
We aim to have all requests processed within 2 working days of receipt.
From time to time the doctor will ask to see you to review your medication before further repeats are issued. In this respect it is always a good idea to give as much notice as possible when making your requests.
We regret that we cannot accept requests over the telephone.
Medication Queries
If you have a query about your medication, you can submit your question to a GP using the eConsult form available on our website. Alternatively, you can email our prescriptions team at hiowicb-hsi.portchester.prescriptions@nhs.net or call the practice on 02392 176101 for assistance. Our team is here to help with any concerns or questions you may have regarding your prescriptions.
