Why are GP practices working differently?
Urgent Problems
The practice operates a triage system via eConsult for urgent problems. The duty doctor will then call you back and arrange for you to be seen at the practice if required. You will always be seen in cases of emergency but please bear in mind that you might not see your usual doctor.
