Patient Support Team
This team have experience in terminal care, wound care and continence. They visit patients that are confined to their homes and can be contacted on 023 9232 4166.
Community Midwives
Home visits to pregnant patients are available and our midwives also carry out antenatal clinics at the practice in association with the doctors. They can also attend after a birth and arrange parent craft classes which are held at Fareham Community Hospital (telephone 01489 587444).
