- Our practice is situated entirely on the ground floor, ensuring step-free access to all areas of the building.
- The main entrance has an automatic door for ease of access.
- There are no steps or raised thresholds at the entrance or within the practice.
Internal Accessibility
- Our corridors and waiting areas are designed to accommodate wheelchair users and those with mobility aids.
- Some clinical and treatment rooms have wide-access doors to facilitate entry for wheelchair users and patients requiring additional space.
- A bariatric couch is available for patient use in a designated consultation room
- Seating in the waiting area includes options with armrests for those who may require additional support when sitting or standing.
Toilets and Facilities
- A fully accessible toilet is available, equipped with grab rails and an emergency assistance alarm.
- Baby changing facilities are also available.
Hearing and Visual Impairments
- A hearing loop system is available at reception for patients who use hearing aids.
- Large print versions of key documents can be provided upon request.
Assistance and Support
- Assistance dogs are welcome in the practice.
- If you require additional support during your visit, such as help moving around the building or an interpreter for British Sign Language (BSL), please contact us in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.
