Prescription Requests – Important Reminder

Please note that The Portchester Practice no longer accepts prescription requests by email.

The quickest and safest way to request your repeat prescription is by using the NHS App (or your online patient access). Requests made this way go directly into our EMIS clinical system, which means:

  • Faster processing
  • No need for the admin team to manually handle emails
  • Fewer delays and reduced risk of errors

If you are unable to use the NHS App, please submit your request via your pharmacy or by leaving a paper request with Reception.
