Changes to How You Request Prescriptions – From 1 January 2026

From 1 January 2026, The Portchester Practice will no longer accept prescription requests via the Portchester prescription email address.

This email address will be used for pharmacy communications only.

Patients are kindly asked to use the NHS App to request their repeat prescriptions. Using the NHS App helps streamline the process, reduce errors, and ensure your request is processed more efficiently.
