Cancer is a complex disease that can develop in any part of the body but it doesn’t just effect cis-gendered men and women.

Live Through This is a charity registered in England and Wales (1190756) and works to support and advocate for LGBTIQ+ people affected by cancer.

Understanding your risk factors can help you take steps to reduce the chance of developing cancer. Screening tests are also crucial in detecting cancer early when treatment is more effective.

Screening Tests

Screening tests can detect cancer before symptoms appear. Talk to your healthcare provider about which tests are appropriate for you based on your age, gender, and risk factors.
